Who we are
Cave Creek AC Repair Pros operates cavecreekacrepair.com, a referral service that connects homeowners in Maricopa County, Arizona with independent, licensed HVAC contractors. We are the controller of the information described below. Reach us at dispatch@cavecreekacrepair.com.
What we collect
- What you give us. Name, phone number, service address or area, and whatever you tell us about the problem, whether by phone or through the callback form.
- Call records. Calls to our number may be recorded or logged for routing and quality. If a call is recorded you are told at the start of the call.
- Basic technical data. Server logs recording IP address, user agent, referring page and pages viewed. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts on this site.
Why we use it, and what we share
The purpose is narrow: to route your request to a licensed contractor who covers your address, and to follow up on that request. We share your name, phone number, service area and description of the problem with the contractor we route you to. That is the entire point of the service, and it is the only routine sharing that happens.
We do not sell your information to data brokers, and we do not pass it to contractors who are not being asked to quote your job. Contractors receiving your details become independent controllers of that information and handle it under their own policies.
Service providers
We use third parties for call routing and tracking, form handling, and website hosting. They process data on our instructions only. List them here by name once the stack is finalised.
How long we keep it
Lead records are retained for up to 24 months so we can resolve disputes about referrals and billing, then deleted. Server logs are retained for a shorter period, typically 30 to 90 days depending on the host.
Your choices
- Ask for a copy or deletion. Email dispatch@cavecreekacrepair.com and we will confirm your identity before acting.
- Stop contact. Tell us, or tell the contractor directly, and we will mark the record accordingly.
- Text messages. Reply STOP to any message to end them.
Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws, California included, have additional rights including the right to know, delete, correct and opt out of sharing. We apply those rights to everyone rather than checking where you live.
Children
This site is not directed at anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this notice changes materially we will update the date at the top and, where the change affects how we share information, say so plainly here.
