What this service is
Cave Creek AC Repair Pros is a referral service. We introduce homeowners to independent contractors licensed by the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. We are not a licensed contractor, we do not perform HVAC work, and we do not employ the technicians who attend your property.
The contractor relationship is yours, not ours
Any agreement for work, pricing, scheduling, warranty or remedy is between you and the contractor. We are not a party to it. We do not guarantee the work, set the price, or control the schedule. Satisfy yourself about a contractor before work begins: verify the licence at roc.az.gov, confirm insurance, and get the quote in writing.
Pricing information on this site
Every price range published here is a general market estimate for the Phoenix metro area, not a quote and not an offer. Actual pricing depends on your equipment, the fault, access, parts availability and when you call. Nobody can quote a repair without diagnosing the system.
Technical information is general guidance

Regulations, refrigerant pricing and permit requirements change. Where a municipal rule matters to your decision, confirm it with the authority directly.
